With its extremely robust and compact design and automatic stainless steel shutter cover, the LUIS R7-S stainless steel compact camera is the top model from LUIS. Thanks to the automatically closing shutter cover, the camera lens is protected from rain, mud and stones - and an integrated heater frees the camera from snow and ice. To enable powerful night vision, even in complete darkness (0 lux), the LUIS R7-S Stainless Steel Compact is equipped with 6 IR light-emitting diodes. The horizontal viewing angle of 120° ensures a wide field of vision behind the vehicle. The camera is designed to withstand vibrations and shocks of up to 5.9 G. Operation is possible at temperatures from -30 to +70 °C.
The R7-S Compact stainless steel camera works with all wired LUIS monitors and is also compatible with almost any third-party reversing system thanks to the supplied adapter (cinch). Connection to the on-board system or navigation system is also possible using the appropriate LUIS adapter. Connection via radio transmitter to a radio system or monitor is also possible with the corresponding accessories from LUIS.
