LUIS R7-S shutter camera NTSC, black, viewing angle horiz. 120°

The LUIS R7-S camera was specially developed for trucks, commercial vehicles and heavy-duty vehicles such as excavators, construction vehicles, combine harvesters and tractors. A special feature here is the shutter cover and the particularly robust design. The automatically closing cover (shutter) protects the camera from dirt, rain and snow. To enable powerful night vision, even in complete darkness (0 lux), the LUIS R7-S camera is equipped with IR light-emitting diodes and enables a view of up to 15 m in the dark. The wide viewing angle of 180° enables a very wide field of vision behind the vehicle. The robust design enables use in extreme conditions. The camera is designed to withstand up to 10 G vibration and up to 100 G impact and has the highest protection class IP69k. Operation is also possible at temperatures from -30 to +70 °C. A heater is also installed for unfavorable weather conditions.
The NTSC version offered here is often purchased for Mercedes vehicles (e.g. Mercedes Sprinter, Econic or Actros)
A connection to your OEM on-board system or navigation system is possible via corresponding LUIS adapters (e.g. Mercedes FleetBoard). A connection via radio transmitter to a radio system or monitor is also possible with the corresponding accessories from LUIS.
