What payment methods do you accept?

Svea provides us with online payment services, enabling us to accept online payments from all Finnish banks, international credit cards, and corporate invoices.

What is your return policy?

In accordance with our return policy, a product can be returned if it is faulty or differs from the order confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Customers can change the products in their order confirmation or cancel their order within 60 minutes of receiving the order confirmation, as products are generally shipped on the same day. Please contact our customer service when you wish to make changes.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We grant a warranty in accordance with the terms and conditions of each product manufacturer. We are responsible for the defect liability and accuracy of the products we deliver.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver products to the EU internal market. Our delivery charges take into account deliveries within the EU.

How can I track my order?

We will send an order confirmation stating the delivery time. On the delivery date of the order, we will send a delivery confirmation.
