Shipping policy and website prices
Prices are valid until further notice. Confirmed orders will be delivered according to the confirmed terms and prices.
All prices are quoted without VAT (0%) and include the VAT rate applicable at the time of delivery. In case of a difference in tax, the price without VAT takes precedence. VAT is added to the order at the payment stage. Deliveries to corporate customers registered outside Finland are tax-free if the company is subject to VAT and has a valid tax identification number.
When delivering freight-free or at the prices shown in the online store, SUER decides the delivery method. The customer can also choose pickup as the delivery method or provide their own freight company contract number, in which case the customer pays for the freight.
Delivery fees and packaging costs
Deliveries within Finland
We offer free shipping on orders over €150.00 (VAT 0%) within Finland. Free shipping does not include a possible long goods surcharge (€25.00) for products longer than 2.4 meters.
The following delivery charges apply to domestic orders under €150.00. VAT will be added on checkout.

Packaging costs €0.00. We package products in the manner of our choosing, using the most economical method from a delivery perspective. We use pallets and pallet collars when required by the goods being delivered. We do not charge for these in this case. If the customer requests a different packaging method, we will charge according to the selected packaging method.
Long goods surcharge €25.00 for products longer than 2.4 meters.

Delivery times
Products in stock in Lahti can be picked up or shipped on the same day during opening hours. Delivery time depends on the shipping company, but on average, delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 days from the order, taking into account our opening hours.
If the product is not available from the Lahti warehouse, we will send you an order confirmation with an updated delivery time. You can cancel your order within 1 day if the delivery time is not suitable after you have received the order confirmation. If the product is available from our warehouse in Germany, we will order the missing products with the weekly delivery. Orders placed by Tuesday can be picked up or shipped from the Lahti warehouse on average on the following Wednesday. Approximately 7-10 business days from order.
Paid express deliveries can be agreed separately with the seller before ordering.
