Notes

What are filler timbers used for? When fasteners or hinges are mounted on hollow aluminum profiles, the aluminum wall quickly buckles slightly when the fastening screws are tightened. Filler timbers are pushed into the chamber of the aluminum profile in the area of the fasteners/hinges when installing the Side board profiles and prevent the profile wall from deforming.
